Terms and Conditions:

  1. We accept all type of Credit Card. GO BOSTON LOGAN AIRPORT (DBA) is Incorporated by Logan Airport Car, Inc
  2. "LOGAN AIRPORT CAR, INC" will be apear on the credit card billing statement.
  3. Option: (Book & Pay $1)  for Booking Confirmation is required to pay driver rest of the due balance.
  4. Full Payment Can be made by selecting ( Book & Pay Full) or PayPal.
  5. All PayPal payment goes to under corporate email to:(loganairportcarservice@gmail.com).
  6. There are maximum luggage restrictions depending the vehicle. Please visit our Fleet Page
  7. Change/Modify/Cancellation is free of cost before 6 hours of actual scheduled pickup. Please email: info@gobostonloganairport.com for change request.
  8. Any refund Paid by PayPal will be processed within 24 hours.
  9. In case of passenger no-show. A no-show (full fare) will be billed from the credit card on file. Passenger must contact us – or- email for reschedule/change/cancel an existing reservation 6 hours before scheduled pickup. 
  10. We do not accept online booking less than 8 hours, Urgent Booking Please Call us (508) 329-6025.
  11. All Airport Pickup and Drop off services, each route tolls are Included as per Airport Authority rules.
  12. In case of State Emergency or snow Storms or heavy snowfall, we might have to cancel the service, we will contact before cancellation.
  13. Waiting Time: Airport Pickup-driver will wait up to 1 hours from the flight landing time and Local pickup-driver will wait up to 20 minutes or No-show (full Fare) will be billed from credit card on file. To avoid No-Show Charge, please update any delay or late arrival via call or online modification.
